Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and ensure it is resolved fairly.

❌ Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
